Going on trekking will not only fulfill your zeal of having an adventurous outing, it will also burn out the calories and bring in shape as well. Also adventure sport like rafting and skiing will also benefit you a lot. Dance: Shaking your hips and doing the boogie is a great way to stay in shape. Not only your mind will be freshen up and you learn new steps, your body will also benefit from all those dancing activities.
