This is a good way to celebrate the 4th of July.  Every year since 2007 the Anderson and Wall family come to race and then watch the parade.  The day starts off with the Kids One mile.  11-year-old Omer Pina was the overall winner of the mile.  He ran 6:55.  His 15-year-old brother Jose Pina Jr. placed second overall in the 5k with 15:49.  We will be featuring the Pina family in our "A Long Run" movie.  This was Bob Anderson's 28th race of the year.  He placed 27th overall with 20:24.  Photos by Catherine Cross Ujena Fit Club
