| Fitness Statement | I didn’t start running until I was 55 years old...I will be 64 years old this September. I usually run 5K runs but have run 5 Mile runs, 12K tuns and a 10 mile run...I have walked a half marathon and am currently training to run my first half marathon this October. I also lift weights and workout at the gym regularly. I am very interested in starting yoga soon. I am a vegan and have been plant based for about 6 years. I have never felt better and thoroughly Love running and working out. |

I will be coming from Roseville, CA to do my first UjENA Run...I will be doing the 5K. This is also my first time driving to SF. I am coming in on Saturday to see some of the City and spending the night that night not too far from the run on Lombard Street...I am looking forward to it all!
