All Conference and Regional. 4th at 1987 NAIA Nationals in XC as Team. Ran 25:37 for 8k XC. 4:17 for mile, 14:52 for 5k and 30:55 for 10k. 5th Idoor and Outdoor at NAIA Nationals in 1988. Run 2 marathons; 2:48.37 at Chicago as a 40 yrs old and Boston in 2:49.42 also as 40 yrs old. Coached at he College Level for two school; Confernce Champions and Quialified to National Meets and two All- Americans. Asst. coach for 3 State Championship teams 1 girls and 2 boys. Two Individual State Champions. 16 yrs in runing speciality business. USATF National Official. |
