Fitness StatementI have been a high level athlete most if my life. I was a competitive kickboxer, and powerlifter.

Now I try to stay in shape by just hitting the gym as often as I can and avoiding the yummy foods that keep trying to find their way in my mouth.

Deadlifted and did abs, and arms, then finished with Leg extensions. That was this morning.Going for a 3 mile jog right now.

run Glad to see you are getting in some running too...try to get out on the road at least four times per week. If possible, before Cabo try to run five miles once.

runnerI didn't realize you have run a mile in six minutes. That's good. I really think with more training you could run some good times. But you will need to get in 20-30 miles of running. That is a commitment. Good luck...see you in Cabo!

runnerMy Fastest mile was just under 6 min, but I'm not there right now. I'm probably at about 7 min. the 30 min jog was at a slow pace. Maybe 9-10 min miles
