| Fitness Statement | I am a high school runner, senior. I've been running since my Freshman fall. I soon of realized my love and drive for the sport. Everyday, I take as much as I can to make me a stronger, and faster runner. Every stride, every breath, and every mile will pay off, and my dreams will come true. I run high mileage for a teenager typically in between 60-90 miles a week. Lots of hills, and just about everyday is a double session, with cross training a couple times a week. Anyone who has a dream, go after it no matter what anyone says. |

| Running Achievements | Last spring I placed second in the Maine outdoor track state meet in the 2 mile. I ran 9:44. I just recently placed third for XC at states, and made the all state team. |
