| Fitness Statement | I have been physically active all my life. I played racquetball,volleyball, softball before I got really serious about running. I ,also,did a lot of bicycling completing several cross country road trips and and some double century rides. |

| Running Achievements | This year I have been named top road runner in my age group for USATF. i have received this award 8 times. I won the 2012 Buzz Oates Series in Sacramento. This is an age graded series. I still have several national age group records. I believe I still hold the record for age 60-64 at Boston. |
