I wanted to go workout but the snow and ice and cold made me want to stay home after work. I brought Noelle to the mall to get her makeup done for the dance and dropped her off at her friends. I watched the American Idol recording, and not have to go pick her up! then bed early.

I worked at the post office this morning delivering my route, after work i cleaned the millers home, then took Adrianna to buy some clothes, and then cleaned Carols house for 3 hours. Now its finally time to relax and eat dinner, i am starving!

After delivering the mail, i cleaned a house for 4 hours , then after dinner we went to the gym for racketball and then also walked fast on the tread mill and also did the step machine!

After work i went to the gym for a 3 hour workout. I played racketball and then walked on the treadmill till it stopped! then i rode the bike till i was too tired! I ate a great bowl of soup beforehand! Now its time for a shower and a good book!

Adrianna and Tim played most of the time we were at the gym , and hogged the court so i just rode the bike till my legs and butt were too sore and then switched over to the treadmill till it was about time to leave. I brought a yummy clementine and some trail mix and mixed nuts. Adrianna bought me a smoothie for a change!

After church we went to the gym and i did the treadmill and watched the girls compete for the most fit girl in the world. OH MY Gosh those girls are so STRONG! One took the week off from Med school to compete. 250,000.00. NICE! then i also played Racket ball with Adrianna, and i went to clean a house for 3 hours from 4:30 till 7:30. Glad my husband and the kids made dinner~

I took the kids with me to the gym. we first took the Zumba class, then we worked out on the treadmills, racket ball, then we had a smoothie and swam in the pool and sat in the sauna afterwards before heading home.

I delivered mail in the morning. Then we went to the gym after dinner. Noelle and I did the weight room then racketball. I started with the row machine, then went to the elliptical machine and then the step machine and finally the treadmill. I then played racketball with Noelle when Age and tim went to swim and finally gave up the court . I definitely got a great workout.

runnerstretching properly before the race , gives the best body to compete n complete the race in time ! did my 10 KM in 1 hour 7 min cheers,keep running people :)
