tatum and i have been hard core dieting and working out for the past 7 weeks. gym twice a day. cardio, weights, sore everyday but all worth it! eat your brocolli! ;)

ive been running on...the treadmill. and while i hot it its just too hot to run outside. so ive been sucking it up and doing it. but i feel good :) and then i do 200 crunches when im done. cardio and some toning :)

so i decided to post here. i did my normal 2 mile run but my body just feels exhausted. i was definitely dragging. hope im not getting sick :/

i ran a mile and a half but then it started pouring rain :( but then i went home and did crunches!

i just ran for about a mile and a half. quick little 20 minute run and then i rushed home to upload photos :)

i went to go on my two mile run but it turned into one mile bc i brought one of my dogs, my little maltese, and this big dog on a leash charged at him and scared him so bad he was crying. sooo needless to say we cut our run short..

I walked two miles today with my puppies it was gorgeous outside. I've been sick with bronchitis so I didn't want to run and run myself down too. I need to get well first : )

ive been running everday ive just been so busy i havent posted. but i have been running with my 4lb weights to tone my arms as well. its tough but i feel good.

been running a mile a day. and i lost 5 lbs this week, which is encouraging. im hoping to lose 5 more and then i will be right back to my tip top shape.
