Total of 1 1/2 hours... Ajay is managing to find creative ways for me to get a complete workout even though my right wrist is in a cast. I am keeping very active and taking some special vitamins.. I am finally feeling the healing and will be ready to get the cast off in about 8 days.
It's been tough to get in my workouts with my wrist in a cast.. My trainer, Ajay, has a challenge to find movements for my strength training and not put any pressure on my right wrist while it is in a cast. I am trying as much alternatives as possible. I'm just not posting because I'm not really doing a lot that is official!
I hit the strength training class at 8 am for an hour and then go for the Pilates class for my second hour! Angelica, the trainer for the pilates is really working it right on for me!
Arrived 30 minutes early to get some cardio in on the cycle... 1 hour strength circuit class with Davidson... Felt great, except I can tell I am not quite fully rested from recovering from the Ujena Jam in Cancun!
Great to get back to my workout studio at Shawsu! Ajay was easy on me as he knew I have just gotten back from my Ujena Jam trip.
I am so busy getting everything ready for the Ujena Jam but I got my two hour Friday in at Shawsu Studio! I wont be working out at my favorite studio for a whole week and I wanted to make sure I got it! Felt Great!
Worked out a little over an hour at Shawsu Studio! Worked the strength training circuit twice and a little extra cardio
Ajay is keeping me on track... warmed up with 10 minute cycle, stretched on the roller and then went right into strength training.. Worked with some weights and lots of hip strengthening.... A little TRX and worked on the rower for more cardio too! He really keeps it mixed up which is good for me!
Worked out for an hour and a half at the studio.
Made it just in time to do the one hour strength fitness class.. warm up, circut, and did some cardio intervals followed by a nice cool down with some stretching.

I went to my first Chi Gong Class... Very interesting and I think I like it... I am doing a 5 week corse attending once a week..
