so excited the weather is perfect for running!!! not to hot and not to cold :) Going for a nice long run after school and then my abb workout that I haven't done in a while.

still cant run on my foot...........so i am going to do my abb workout, push ups, and jumping jacks....a long with going for a walk with my mom and baby sisters :)))))

Doing my abb workout :) going to try to do the elliptical tomorrow ......crossing my fingers that it wont hurt my foot!!!

Went for a walk in warm sun......was so nice to walk and feel the sun beatting down on you! Can't go for a run yet with my foot, but I can still do my abb work out :P

My foot still hurts...but I did go for a walk with my grandma. It was nice to spend time one on one time with her. It was a great time! :)

Well didn't hurt my foot but it's not broken...so I am not gonna be getting any runs in for awhile but I was able to do my abb workout :)

I am sad to say that you today my horse fell on my foot, so I am not going to running for a while. I am still gonna see if I can do sit ups at least :)

was a very good girl last night, went for my 30 minute run and did my abb workout :)) hoping that i stick with it!!

It may be a mild groin pull. Be careful with that one. Tough to treat. Check out this website. It may help.
