| Fitness Statement | To lower my risk of injury while staying fit I try to get more bang for my buck with lots of off pavement running (including speedwork and hill sprints) on the grass in parks and soccer fields along with more strength training using small and large bands. It's paying off so far since I started this 1.5 years ago! |
