After long day traveling from left coast to east coast was able to get in a run on the dreadmill: 1.4miles warmup, 5 miles at 8:20/ mile pace, then 1mile+ cooldown. Believe my legs were a bit tired from The 5K on Saturday plus 6 hours sitting on an airplane today didn't help...

Warm-up and strides- .75miles, Camp Parks 70th Commemoration 5K Fun Run: ~21:50, 1mile cooldown, then to fitness center in PM for hard 34.5 min stationary bike ride>100RPMs(10+miles), plus stretch, core work, and some weights.
