Fitness StatementI like to go to the gym and do some cardio. After that ill do some weigh and finally the abs. In the time I dont go to the gym I do some half an hour running and like to do more resistance every day. Nowadays I dont do so mucho workout , ive been doing just twice a week but Ill start doing more and more

run Thank you Bob, im doing more gym exercise than running, trying to go 4 times a week to the gym...and running twice a week....but want to do better :)

Yesterday I did 10 K and today my legs hurt. Its been long time since I´d run 10 K. Today I had to go to the gym and did my arms routine. Otherwise it would have been torture :)"

run That will happen...if you are not used to running 10k...you are going to feel it the next day!

Today I went to the gym at 1 pm and did some arms workout. It was hard workout, And just came back from dance lessons that also made me sweat!!!
