The seventh ever Double Road Race was held in San Jose del Cabo Oct 27. The first leg is 10k and then 90 minutes later the 5k starts. Some runners only did the Ujena 5k. The overall winner was Javier Ramirez (bib 12) who ran 53:58 which is the 10th best time ever. First woman was Gloria Linores (bib 23). She ran 69:19. Jodi LaBossiere (bib 1) was the first Ujena model to finish and Bob Anderson (bib 50) was the first Ujena photogrpaher to finish. Did abs & butt with personal trainer yesterday & now my butt is sore - strangely since I didn't do anything to hard-care...I guess it's just cause I had 2 weeks off training.
Danish Saroee and I had a great hike, among other people. And we took some amazing shots from atop the mountains of Los Angeles!
I put together my new entertainment center & lifted the large TV all by myself...does that count as exercise? lol It hurt my back - that's for sure, but at least it's done :)
Fast Walking just to get myself back in the swing of things from the Cabo Double
also 1 hr butt & abs
3 days a week with a trainer & walking/jogging has begun again :)
concentrating on slimming legs, lifting butt, tightening hamstrings, & abs...gonna look even better in Cabo!! Jogging and walking some too...gonna step that up a notch next month :)
