|Fitness Statement||A normal routine is 50 miles per week, including one long run of 12-20 miles plus one quality workout or race. "Quality workout" is usually 3-6 miles of intervals on the track with majority being in 10k- Half Mar race pace range. All other miles besides the 2 key runs are done at a very easy pace.|
