| Comments | It feels great to be getting back in shape! |
| Fitness Statement | I am just starting out, but am off to a great start. I am mainly walking at this point plus I am doing Yoga for an extra workout routine. |
Walked three miles around downtown Boston, MA.
Rode the exercise bicycle. non stop, at the gym for 1 hour. Logged in 13 miles. Burned 403 caleries and averaged 81 rpm's.
Worked out for an hour on the stationary bike today at the gym. Burned 380 calaries and did a total distanced of 12 miles. My legs are beat!
Walked for 2 1/2 miles today plus I got a 1 hour workout doing YOGA!
Nancy and me walked from 42nd street in New York City clear to the reservoir in Central Park. We were exhausted and decided to take the subway back to Port Authority. Sure had a lot of fun and my feet are still hurting! Whew
Since moving to Boston, MA I have been doing a lot of walking. I walked 6 miles on August 4th and then went and did a one hour YOGA workout. I have joined a club here in order to get back and shape and so far it feels great. I will keep you all posted with my results and goals!

I like your images in our new Best Shot Challenge - road races. Good job in New York. Are you getting ready for Cancun?
Hope everyone enjoyed all the photos.
I was able to shoot at three different locations: the 8 mile point, the 16 mile point and close to the finish. Meb Keflezighi was leading the pack at th 8 mile point and I was able to grab a few photos of him there and at the 16 mile point he was still in the main pack. I was able to grab one more series of photos of him near the finish line.
The traffic, maneuvering through thousands of people, and finding place to upload photos - with the help of my girlfriend made things exciting. Phew, what a day!
Wow Keith!!!! You took amazing photos today. THANK YOU... it's been a pleasure to see the NYC Marathon through your eyes :)
It is hard to get around during the marathon but you got some really good images. Can't wait for more....thanks!
The New York City Marathon is coming up fast...a week from Sunday. Glad to have you Keith as our official UjENA FIT Club photographer at the race. Our challenge is exciting...to have up a gallery of 150 or more photos within hours of the finish. There will be plenty of stories out but not this many photos. Stay tuned.....
