giving my upper body a break and completed a not so hard workout for my lower body. Eric says I need to give my body some breaks so I will probably be running the rest of the week.

It is perfect weather here in Dallas for a run outside. 2 miles and 20 minute abs this morning. I had to keep it short since I have a full schedule today.

60 minutes of inner thighs, upper thighs, booty, and abs made me break a sweat this morning. It was great!

This morning I did some yoga to stretch my body out from my muscle soreness & a great ab workout. This afternoon is tennis with my sister, & this evening I'll be going for a run and a trip to the gym. I love days like this.
