Fitness StatementEvery morning after breakfast I complete my daily video from Beach Body. Sometimes I do 2 a day. Every day it is a different routine, whether it be cardio, tummy tucking, butt lifting, or full body sculpting.

It is perfect weather here in Dallas for a run outside. 2 miles and 20 minute abs this morning. I had to keep it short since I have a full schedule today.

This morning I did some yoga to stretch my body out from my muscle soreness & a great ab workout. This afternoon is tennis with my sister, & this evening I'll be going for a run and a trip to the gym. I love days like this.
