Description It's been great that I've been able to go to the gym two days in a row. Treadmill for 2 miles followed by more exercises for the mid/low back. Added the ab/ad leg machines today and ended with stretching.
Description I'm a big believer in maintaining good muscle flexibility. I spent 30 min stretching. Then used the foam roller and Bosu ball for strengthening my abs, gluts, and thighs.
