Race was tough on Sunday. Very big headwind from 6 to 12 miles, then various places later. Course record was 3:26:56 for 65-69 and I thought I could run 3;16 to 3:20. Ran 7:30 pace (3:16) the first 6.2 then got hit by the headwind and slowed a lot. Ran 3:33:40 with 8:25's the last 6 miles about. Hard work. Maybe I'll get it next year.
Might run Marin Memorial Day 10K. Maybe not. I'll see how I feel.
