Did a nice mile and a half of power walking. Its really comfortable for me to walk at that pace normally. Afterwards I did some stretching on my calfs.

Played a few rounds of tennis with Ryan. We mostly volly and have some fun counting up points, it was so hot out I couldn't take it after a good 45 minutes. But tennis is one of my favorite sports to play

I love doing a nice 2 mile jog in the morning, I usually like to stretch for a good 30 minutes afterwards

Ive been dieting like crazy cutting a lot of stuff out of my diet and i feel so much better! I jogged 2 miles today also!

Worked on my arms, tummy,and legs today, did an hour work out. And some stretching, I lost about 8 pounds last month, cutting out diary, wheat, and sugar oh and working out =]

Did a nice 3 mile jog around my the circuit my aunt lives in, beautiful run, love getting to see all the beautiful mansion!
