| Fitness Statement | My daughter calls me a health nazi. I love to hike and trail run. I go the gym and get on the treadmill, cross trainer, stationary bike and workout at home with weights and a stability ball. I even use the stability ball as my chair when working in my office. Always working the core. I'm very particular about what I put in my body by eating all the power foods and super foods! I am a proud member of the President's Council on Physical Fitness. |

Got my new Ujena Fit Club T-shirt. Many people have told me it should have been sunshine yellow!

A 5 mile trail run was in order for a Scottsdale Summer Sundress Soiree where Senorita Limonita will be debuting her sunshine yellow bikini dress TONIGHT!
Broke my record running down from the Gateway Saddle in the McDowells. New time of 29 minutes!
Way to go Debbi...you are getting ready for the 15k Challenge in Cabo...
It does pay to workout and post daily in our Fit Log...you won $50 for the week ending July 8....congrats!
I woke up to an unusual 75 degree morning, and took advantage of it with a trail run. Had a deer friend accompany me!
Made my trail run in 30 minutes from the highest point on the McDowell Mountain Gateway Loop! A new record!
Another awesome Arizona morning! You have to get up early around here before it gets too HOT!
It's foggy and cold here in Washington. I wish I was in AZ where it's in the 70's! I've gained five pounds since I moved here in November! That's gotta change! Too cold to do anything but go to the gym and run!
5.75 miles on the treadmill this morning in training for CABO. Get back to my office to find out SEÑORITA LIMÓNITA™'s trademark has been approved! SUPER STOKED!
I did Airport 101 last Friday. That qualifies as a 3 mile run, doesn't it?!
It's August and there are heat advisories this week. Can't hit my beloved Arizona trails for a while, so it's back to the air conditioned gym for my Cabo training!
Can't wait to get my Ujena Fit Club T-shirt! It's on it's merry way!
Proud to be a Ujena Fit Club Contest winner and excited about going to Cabo this year and running the 15k. My goal is to do a better time!
Trail running in the mountains of the Phoenix Valley this week. The desert is in bloom and the weather is awesome! So many snowbirds leave by Easter. They miss one of the most magical moments that Arizona has to offer!
Sounds beautiful...
Excited about this recent article about me in Getfitpod.com - http://getfitpod.com/?p=5259. I not only created the most awesome margarita mix on the planet, but have become an inspirational motivator as well.
Holy cow! I get behind sometimes. Thanks for calling that to my attention. I am IN TRAINING for Cabo next year. I've been hiking and running every morning before I start my day.I simply MUST do a better time! Thanks so much, Catherine.
Debbie, where have you been this week? I don't see your workouts? Hope all is well! Your Friend Catherine
Thanks, Bob! I'm glad I made it - my first 15k ever. I'll be working hard to improve my time in the run next year!
Good job in the Bob Anderson 15k Challenge in Cabo...been meaning to mention it here for sometime.
So you are going to run the Bob Anderson 15k Challenge in Cabo!!!! That's is so cool...and I can't wait to hear the latest about your product!
You have been getting in some good workouts. You are going to be ready for the Ujena 5k in Cabo for sure!!!! See you there...
I'm definitely in training for Cabo! I'm going to do the 10k, too. I may not RUN the whole thing, but I'll definitely have no problem making it. It's been sooo hot here in AZ, I don't have opportunities to run long distances on flat surfaces. Do a lot of hiking and trail running. Looking forward to seeing you and having a margarita. There are exciting things ahead with my product and yours!.
