|Fitness Statement||I run at least 5 days a week and use my off days to do yoga. I try to average 35-50 miles per week and have logged almost 1600 miles this year. I completed 8 full marathons in 2011 and 5 1/2 marathons, along with countless other races. My goal in 2012 is to complete 12 marathons and log in 2000 miles. |
I have also been involved with The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society's Team in Training Program since 2009 as a participant and recently coached my own team this summer for the Maine & Dublin Marathons.
