10 miles on The Stevens Creek Trail, it's paved, 4.75 miles long, it goes through Mt. View, CA, out to the S.F.
Bay, no cars to deal with, not a lot of
shade, often windy at the more scenic
northern part, the baylands marsh
area, overall great.
I like this trail...we have so many great trails around in this area.Bob Anderson 7/18/14 10:45 pm

1 mile warm up, 9.5 miles at a little
faster than marathon pace, 1 mile
cool down. Temps in the low 70's.
It was a good run for me.
What is your marathon pace these days? Nice weekend for running....Bob Anderson 4/21/14 8:35 am
Probably 7:15, yesterdays run was at about 7 minutes per mile. Tim McMenomey 4/21/14 8:24 pm

That's a long run. How many miles did you cover?Bob Anderson 3/3/14 7:33 am

Treadmill tempo workout, 46 minutes total, 25 minutes at tempo effort. Short and to the point.
I have never gotten into treadmill training but I know it works. When is your next race?Bob Anderson 3/1/14 6:28 pm
Treadmill running is boring, but the incline
feature is great. Next races, DSE 5K in S.F., March 9, maybe The Oakland Running Festival Half Marathon March 23. ( it costs too much, $95 )Tim McMenomey 3/1/14 9:03 pm
That's a lot of money to run a half. But it is a good course and I am sure it costs lots to get permits etc. On the other hand DSE races are only $5.Bob Anderson 3/3/14 7:45 am
