| Fitness Statement | My fitness routine entails an early morning run out on the trails (Favorite trail system was Rancho San Antonio growing up and currently Castle Rock or Las Trampas...any trail system with some heart-pounding hills are my favorite). |
| Running Achievements | I started running while in High School, but did a lot of running on the soccer field for years beforehand. Most notable achievements at Gunn HS included CA State 3200m champion and 16:51 Crystal Springs time. I competed in xc and track ( mainly 5k and 10k) at the University of Washington and CSU Chico, and gained a few All-American recognitions. I currently hold |
