2nd Annual Hapalua Half Marathon, starting at Kuhio Beach in Waikiki and having some local runners start early, with the best half marathon runners in the world chase after them.

There was a rain storm with the sky opening up 9 minutes before the actual start, flooding much of the course and not letting up for the first 30 minutes of the race. I still hit 10 Km in 42:42, but I need to work on hills, because the last 6 km has a big hill at 15 km.
