Notes: Regan ran with incredible heart today in honor of his aunt that passed away earlier this year. The out and back course featured several hundred walkers and fantastic support of the runners. The temps were record cold for this time of year in IL with little to no humidity. Course did feature a few rolling hills, but was fast. Measured out to 3.15 miles on the Garmin. Regan ran sub 20 for the first time every. This was a very personal P.R. and Regan placed his top 10 award medal around his grandmother. Regan's brother Gavin also finished with a P.R. of 21:12. Regan, Gavin, Cyndi all earned top 10 medals.
