| Fitness Statement | Member of several age-group national teams in duathlon. Most of my competitions are duathlons or road races. Sometimes a bike time trial. To date, some 90+ duathlons, 38 half marathons, 24 marathons, 40+ bike time trials, 30 triathlons and 1 ironman. |
