I ran a half marathon this morning. I didn't beat my time from last year but knew I probably wouldn't. I needed to log more miles but I plan on a better time next year. My legs started to cramp up around mile 9. Thanks to my Ujena Fit Club family for their support before and after the race. Bob, Justin and Lisa all ran amazing times. They deserved it because they worked hard for it.

Roberto! Great job yesterday...you made your goal which was awesome. I did miss running with you...the boxing moves are what kept me going last year.
