Just had a good confidence building in my training for Kansas Double Rd. Race. I broke my own PR on the Crystal Springs X Country course 2 weeks ago, ran faster than I have in 15 years. Then on Friday, I lowered my PR again by another big margin. So I feel ready for the Kansas Double Rd. Race. Thanks Bob and Bill for encouraging me to do Kansas DRR !!
