| Fitness Statement | I am a dietary aide for long term care in my town and am on my feet 8 hours a day and we speed walk all day. It is a very fast-paced environment. I go home and work-out on me weight bench and now have a treadmill I got at a garage sale. just learning . I also walk to the corner store every other night to get the paper. I am 47 and weigh 100lbs and want to keep my shape. I am very scared about getting old and want to stay healthy. |
