| Fitness Statement | At 65, I don't do marathons or many long distance runs anymore. Focus is on shorter distances, including masters track meets running the 800,1500, mile and 3000, but still do the occasional 5k and 10k..and especially love trail running and some barefoot running on grass fields and the beach when on vacation. Also work on overall fitness and enjoy biking and kayaking also. |

| Running Achievements | PRs include 2:35:53 marathon, 1:11:03 half marathon, 31:11 10k and 15:13 5k. Mostly in my early 30s. Probably my favorite result was finishing 4th in the Pikes Peak ascent in 1993. |
