| Fitness Statement | Started running 2 weeks ago after a 37 year hiatus. Presently up to a 25 mile week. Sunday 10 miles, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday 5 mile runs. Working up to a 60 mile week by the 10th week. Training for the Honolulu Marathon. My goal is to break 4 hours and have a donation pledge sheet for the people that lost most everything in Lahaina. |
