| Comments | I don't know If you honor I run 4 micheal runners. But we run very hard for all our buddy's to send medals and race goodies to them. As I'm sure you all know as runners trying to run as many races as you can is costly. If at your races you could honor our buddy's by medaling them in your races it would greatly be appreciated. If not as usual I would gladly pay for an additional medal for mine. Thank you john and my buddy Lucia |
| Fitness Statement | Had two back surgeries. Told might walk might be in a wheelchair running has changed my life. Now not only do I run for me I run for a little girl named Lucia who isn't fortuna enough to have the ability to run so I ded every run to her. |
