Just did my first class of Dailey Method! They work out everything! It's tough and I'm definitely going to be sore tomorrow but I'm excited to be doing it!

Went to zumba last night! It must have been an intermediate class...I could keep up but my dancing skills are poor at best, haha. Fun workout though!

I tried Zumba for the first time this weekend! It was a lot of fun and a pretty good workout! I may have found something I can keep up with!

Hahah, I have no coordination for dancing either! Its a fun class to take with my girlfiends though because we just laugh at each other during it. You should try it!
