Great 4 miles, my hamstring and ankle are felling great. I think I am on the recovery trail.
Another 4 miles tonight, ankle and hamstring felt good the first 2 1/2 miles. The last part was pretty sore. But I am getting better.
4 Mile Training Run, Hamstring felt better.
4 mile walk, stretching my Hamstring. Felt pretty good. A few more of these and maybe I will be running again.
I have been fighting a hamstring issue, thought I had it whipped but after the double it is alive and well. Trying to rest it now, but I keep feeling the need to get back running.
