| Running Achievements | Six time NCAA Division I All-American
One of only two collegiate freshmen runners in 2004-2005 to earn All-American honors in all three running sports of cross-country, indoor track and outdoor track. Placed 18th at the 2005 IAAF World Cross Country Championships in France in the Junior (under age 20) Women’s Race. - I was the top American finisher in the race. - My 18th place finish was the best finish by a US Junior Woman since 1992. Invited to train at the USA Center for High Altitude Training in Flagstaff, AZ with world renowned coach, Jack Daniels, during three weeks of my college winter recess in 2006. Ran 2nd fastest time ever by an American Junior (under age 20) for 5,000 meters (2005). Broke the American Junior Record (under age 20) for 10,000 meters (2005). Competed for the 2009 USA World Cross Country Team that finished in 5th place at the world championship in Amman, Jordan. 2014 Rock N Roll Half Marathon Grand Prix Champion: Winner of prestigious St Louis and Las Vegas Rock N Roll Half Marathon races. 2015 USA 25k Champion Seeded 10th on the list for the 2016 USA Olympic Trials Marathon (2:32:19--2015 Grandma's Marathon). |
