Fitness StatementI do cross-training (bootcamp-style) fitness classes 4-5 times a week, and run 2-4 times, depending on race schedule. I ran my first race in late 2012, and did a half marathon within 7 months of that. I'm not super fast, but it's a fun, stress-relieving activity that I've fallen in love with!

Running AchievementsFirst time placing top 5 was at Pleasanton Double! I've done a half-dozen half marathons, all under two hours except for SF. (Hilly!!). I'm a middle-of-the-pack girl. I have done all my training and racing on my own, but am thinking I might do better with some guidance from a companion or coach.
