Notes: Warm but light rain and wind 20-30 mph from the south. Brief stint into the wind, then winding north until mile 10. Strong headwind to the finish. Started under control and maintained pace until the ten, then lost a couple of minutes into the wind. After a few bad training runs, it was very rewarding. My best time in five years. Never give up!
