Fitness Statement | I'm one of those health nut people. I follow a diet that promotes real and whole foods. I stay away from anything processed, sugar, and grain based food. My diet is very "cave man" or paleo. I eat my protein and veggies, drink anywhere from 2-3 liters of water a day. I take my supplements, as well. I work out at least three days a week. I do three days in a row and one day off. Rinse, washing and repeat. I am all about crossfit training. Which is super intense and completely 100% about intensity. It really engages the muscles and promotes a lean shrink wrap body, as I like to call it. It keeps the body fat percentage down, while building muscle. I love hiking on trails, on an incline or rowing with each work out. I also, play sports in addition to structured working out. I'm one of those people, who walks everywhere and I also take the stairs. I focus more on weight training and muscle building. I'm all about lowering my body fat percentage and increases muscle mass. I am also all about working the fast twitch muscles. |
Running Achievements | I do not focus on running at all. I'm more about intensity work out. Running is an aspect, but speed and distance do not matter to me. It's the intensity.
