| Fitness Statement | I began running on the day I watched Frank Shorter win the silver medal in Montreal in 1976. It was 1 week after my 15th birthday. I was soon hooked and have been ever since. I am a huge fan of Cross country, Track, Road Racing, and Triathlons. I regret not pursuing my running goals that I set for myself when I first started. I believe I could have been a sub 2:30 Marathoner but I basically stopped racing after High School. I now run 5 to 8 miles at 8:30 per mile 3-4 days a week. |
