Nailing down 3rd place

The Syracuse Festival of Races hosted the USATF Masters 5K National Championships Oct. 6, 2014. No rain but some large puddles on course. A flat, fast course, my first visit to a national championship--Lucky to come away with the third place medal in 19:20 (chip time). I was pretty intense on the outisde, all smiles on the inside.
