Yes, it was hard to get out of bed again. And, yes it was worth it! Today we focused on arms and back. We threw in a little ab work and cardio. Great day!

It was hard to get up on this cold Monday in Wisconsin. I didn't have any other reason to get out of my cozy bed today except to get to my scheduled work out class. I DID IT! Yay me!
