|Fitness Statement||I love staying fit and finding a new and exciting way to do it! I was a cheerleader, gymnast, dancer and track sprinter, high jump long jump for 15 plus years. After college, I stay fit threw Pilates, boopcamp classes, yoga and zumba! I recently started training on the training on the TRX suspension trainer and the gymnastic rings!|

Intense 60 min non-stop not for the weak Bootcamp! burpess, hopping mens push-ups, weighted lunges, and insane cardio.
ran 3.5 miles, and then attend an intense 1 hour bootcamp class
90 mins of utimate fitness training, with one of the most renouned fitness trainers in nwi!
had a great zumba class. its been awhile since I have been at zumba, glad I got back in the groove!
expanded my horizons and did spin class, at 9 am, then did zumba at 6 pm.
forgot to post my kick butt, bootcamp class yesterday! I' have dropped 12 lbs since PV and am working toward being lean and mean, by October!
I ran 2 miles today and then did the TRX suspension workout!
I got up and went to the gym this , morning to do a 45 min yoga class. I will return tonight for boopcamp class, to a butt kicking workout challenge!
