| Fitness Statement | Primary sport is triathlon, with 10th Ironman scheduled in Aug 2013. Goal is fitness, fun, feeling healthy and staying healthy for high altitude trekking (in Himalayas). My wife Karolynn and I do the runs and treks together- great common interest. This is done while I am still working full time (plus) in DHHS and Nat'l Cancer Instit. |
