I finally got off my butt and did a small workout today, due to a sprained wrist I worked my legs and butt today. It's been a while but I guess you have to start somewhere when you start all over again!

Hi Bob,
Thank you, the running in China is pretty scary. The air here is pretty polluted and running on the street or the sidewalk is almost suicidal due to the way these people drive cars and motorcycles even bicycles! We run on occasion in our apt. complex and try to stay on the less occupied sidewalks. We are trying to get back in the habit of a routine excersise habit on our home gym. I need motivation!!!
