I lived out there for 7 years and never ran once, how foolish I was back then. It is a beautiful area. But yeah you have to catch the weather just right or it could be a miserable run. Especially this time of year.

I love running in SF...looks like clouds, but no rain...I took a break from running the 12-hour New Years Eve run at Crissy Field...too cold! Looks like you had a great run!!!!

Michael and I ran 14 miles yesterday in SF. Part of our course went across the Golden Gate Bridge and back. This was our annual birthday run. Want to be in better shape for our San Jose Double Feb 21. A goal is to bet Bill Dunn!
