| Fitness Statement | I love to run. It prepares me physically and mentally to take on whatever my day brings. I try to mix crosstraining in by riding the bike or some insanity video every other day. I entered my first event 3 years ago. I love that feeling when you start and finish the race and surprise yourself with what you accomplish! |
