I made it to a second yoga class two days in a row so I was just happy about that since I cannot remember the last time I made it 2 days in a row to yoga. I also did 300 more crunches so not bad for a second workout two days in a row for me.

So glad I made it to the gym. Today I did 1 hr. yoga, 4 miles walk/jog on treadmill with way more walking than jogging like usual lol. 300 much needed crunches and a variety of machines so this qualifies for one of my triple workouts :).

I did 60 min. yoga class then 60 minutes fast walk on the treadmill for 3.7 miles then i did a 10 minute cool down to make it an even 5 miles. Then, I did 300 crunches and squats. I skipped upper body workout do to a injury from a few weeks ago. But overall a good workout but need to go back again tomorrow for more.

I was happy to be able to make the gym this week, it was a very busy week but made it :). 1 hr. yoga, 65 min, treadmill walking 4 miles and all of the other machine workouts, it was about a 3 1/2 hour workout tonight :).

I normally don't go to the gym after a photo shoot but I had to after todays shoot. I had a lot of fun at the shoot but I was so bloated from eating Kosher chicken the night before, not knowing its soaked in salt!, I felt like pumpkin. Anyway, I did a 5 mile walk on treadmill, it took 80 minutes since the last 20 min. was just casual walk but I felt much better after. I also did 200 crunches and a few machines.

I finally got to yoga after about 3 weeks off, I did ok though and then I did much needed abwork again.Stomach and belly is hardest for me so glad I made it gym to work on this twice this week, still need a few more workouts to get back how I want it though..

I finally made it back to gym after a 3 week slump. I did everything but yoga and gonna try to go back for yoga in the afternoon. I did 4 miles walk/jog on treadmill so 65 minutes. I am not making progress there cuz of all these slumps but I am happy with what I did. Then I did everything else like abwork, machines and more machines. I did increase crunches to 300 now instead of 250. Overall happy with the workout :).

I did a good yoga workout at the gym, it was a 70 min. class. We did lots of stretching poses and Vinyesa Flow style, fun like usual and a good workout.

Did one of my triple workouts at gym with one hour yoga to start, very good warm up for me I love it :). Then 1 hr treadmill walk mostly jog a little, I went 3.7 miles, def. need to improve there. Then I did the usual 250 crunches and about another hour or more of other machines. It was a good workout.

Well tecnically I can post this today cuz I was at the gym still after midnight today. I got there at 8:30 pm. It was my Valentines Day Triple workout :). VinyesaYoga first for an hour for my warm up then 1 hour treadmill, 3.7 miles then abwork then another hour or more of machines :).
