I went to the gym for 90 minutes. I did some weights for the arms and abdominal circuit, plus the bike, etc. Then it was a walk when I got home.

I went to the gym for an hour to work on the treadmill and to do some circuit training, It felt great. I also worked on my arms.

I went to the gym today after work to do some machine work, abdominals and ski machine and a few seconds on the treadmill.

I went to the gym for 2 hours today for my workout. It was technically my day off so I wanted to spend it doing what I like. I did treadmill, bike, ski machine, abdominal circuit and machine weights.

I spent 3 1/3 hours doing yard work, cutting grass, etc. Does that qualify as exerise? It sure feels like exercise.

I went to the gym for an hour. I did the treadmill and weight training and circuit training.

I went to the gym today for a workout even though it was raining and gloomy outside. I worked on the treadmill and did some weight training. I even took in some television while on the treadmill.

I went to the gym for some treadmill walking and abdominal exercises. I also worked on my arms and legs.

I went to the gym today for a couple of hours. It felt great...lots of exercise, pulling, walking the treadmill, and stretching..I also took a long walk with L.B.
