I went to the gym today, yesterday, and the day before yesterday. Things are good in the exercise department.

I went for a 35 minute brisk walk this evening. The weather was cool and very nice. I am happy I did this.

I went to the gym for a 3-hour workout. I also walked outside for 1 hour. I hope all this exercise is apparent.

I went to the gym today. I walked 3 miles on the treadmill. The rest of the time was devoted to machines and free weights. I was exhausted after the workout.

It was another walk day for me. Maybe tomorrow I will make it to the gym and pull on some machines.

I went for a long walk today. I was taking care of business so I was not able to get to the gym. I am not sure if I even consider walking as "exercise". Everybody walks. Walking is so mundane. It's better than nothing.

I went to the gym for a couple of hours for a workout and massage.

I went to the gym today to work on my shoulders, arms, and back. I like "pumping iron", little irons that is...small weights. I did some machine work also.

I did a thirty minute walk this morning. I will be working until 7:00 pm, so I won't make it to the gym. I will do another 40 minute walk this evening.

I went to the gym for a couple of hours. I rode the bike, walked the treadmill, did the ski walker and worked the weight machines.
