I went for a one hour walk this evening. I don't know exactly how many miles but it was more than one.

I walked 40 minutes in the morning and 30 minutes in the evening. This is a total of 70 minutes. There was 5 hours of yard work today also.

I went to the gym today for 90 minutes. I worked the treadmill for 1.75 miles. Then I worked the free weights with all the men and a few machines.
Wednesday, September 10th, 2014
I went to the gym after teaching first grade. I worked the machines and rode the bicycle. There is no walk planned tonight due to the heavy rain.

I went to the gym today and walked 2 miles on the treadmill. I also did weight machines. Then I went home and walked a other 40 minutes with LB.

I went to the gym today for my workout. I did the treadmill and machines. Just because you go to the gym doesn't mean you can fill up on food.

I went to the gym today for my workout. I did the bike for one mile and then I worked the machines. After that I did front yard work from 7:00 PM to 9:30 PM. I cut the grass which involves tons of walking. It keeps me slim and trim.

I went to the gym yesterday after work and had a pretty good workout. I did 100 sets of repetitions on the machines instead of the standard 12 times 3.

I went to the gym this morning for a workout. I ran the treadmill and worked the free weights and machines. Later on I will take a long walk or maybe stop off at the gym again.

I did a two-mile walk just now. It was under the threat of thunder stormsI, with lots of noise in the sky during my entire walk, but Little Bear and perserved. So we are home now. I knew if I did not do this, I would not have it.
