I did some basic exercises today, walking with LB and some weight training.
I spent 7 hours working in the yard, pushing the lawn mower, planting grass, putting down chips, weeding, raking. Is there a button for this exercise?? I do not see it.................
I went to the gym for a workout after work. I did the treadmill, bike and weight-training; then a wwalk with LB.
I went to the gym for an hour doing the treadmill 1.5 miles and weight training, and then the walk with L.B.

I took a long walk today - about 1 1/2 hours. I had a long day at work, and I needed to clean 2 aquariums when I got home. So walking was my exercise today.
I went to the gym for my workout, a very nice gym at that. So now I am working at home. I did some shopping at Nordstrom Rack also.
I hit the gym today to do weight training, treadmill and bike work. Due to heavy rains, I did not take a walk with LB.
