I went to the gym today for my workout. I did the bike for one mile and then I worked the machines. After that I did front yard work from 7:00 PM to 9:30 PM. I cut the grass which involves tons of walking. It keeps me slim and trim.

I went to the gym yesterday after work and had a pretty good workout. I did 100 sets of repetitions on the machines instead of the standard 12 times 3.

I went to the gym this morning for a workout. I ran the treadmill and worked the free weights and machines. Later on I will take a long walk or maybe stop off at the gym again.

I did a two-mile walk just now. It was under the threat of thunder stormsI, with lots of noise in the sky during my entire walk, but Little Bear and perserved. So we are home now. I knew if I did not do this, I would not have it.

I went to the gym today. I rode the stationary bike for one mile and then worked on the machines. I did a total body workout. I will take a walk in a few minutes.

I walked at least a mile today. The sun was quite hot. I worked up a good sweat. I feel better now.

I went to the gym today for a workout. I walked on the treadmill for 30 minutes or so - about 1 1/2 miles. Then it was working on machines. I came home and took a long walk. I watched Extreme Weight Loss. That is such a great program.

I took a long walk today around the neighborhood. I took Little Bear with me. He likes to walk at a pretty fast clip.

I went to the gym today for a workout on the bike and machines and some free weights. I seem to like working out my arms for some reason.

I went to the gym today after work. I did the bike, treadmill and machines. I spent a couple of hours there.
