I went to the gym today to work on my shoulders, arms, and back. I like "pumping iron", little irons that is...small weights. I did some machine work also.

I did a thirty minute walk this morning. I will be working until 7:00 pm, so I won't make it to the gym. I will do another 40 minute walk this evening.

I went to the gym for a couple of hours. I rode the bike, walked the treadmill, did the ski walker and worked the weight machines.

I just finished a thirty minute walk. I am going to the gym for some weight-training right now.

I went to the gym for my workout. I walked the treadmill for over a mile and then worked on the machines, doing pull-downs and stretch exercises. I finished my workout with 6 minutes on the massage chair and a nice shower.

I went to the gym for a nice workout. I did a mile on the bike and free weights.

I went to the gym today..I walked the .treadmill, worked some machines and did some free weights
I also had a massage.

I had to work late today so I was only able to do two walks, one before work and one after I returned Home from work

I went to the gym after work. I lifted free weights, did some arm exercises and walked the treadmill and glide machine.

I went to the gym before I started my errands and choirs. It was a good decision. I walked the treadmill and worked the machines. Not I can have a light dinner.
