| Fitness Statement | The longest I have run (actually it was a walk) is the UJENA 5K in Cabo, Mexico, October 2010. I like going to the gym to do my exercises. There are alot of machines there to help you. I also like to do circuit training. Once in a while I will go to a park for a workout. |
I went to the gym for 90 minutes. I did some weights for the arms and abdominal circuit, plus the bike, etc. Then it was a walk when I got home.
I went to the gym for an hour to work on the treadmill and to do some circuit training, It felt great. I also worked on my arms.
I went to the gym today after work to do some machine work, abdominals and ski machine and a few seconds on the treadmill.
I went to the gym for 2 hours today for my workout. It was technically my day off so I wanted to spend it doing what I like. I did treadmill, bike, ski machine, abdominal circuit and machine weights.
I spent 3 1/3 hours doing yard work, cutting grass, etc. Does that qualify as exerise? It sure feels like exercise.
