CommentsThere are six components in life for sound mind, body and spirit: 1. Physical - exercise, good nutrition, staying away from harmful behavior. 2. Emotional - Spirit - You should be able to express your feelings and accept another person's feelings. 3. Intellectual - Can you set goals for yourself? You should make good decisions and set new challenges and do critical thinking. 4. Social - To have good relationships. 5. Spiritual - Finding inner strength and knowing how to pray. Finding happiness, and a purpose for living. 6. Environmental - Protecting yourself from harmful events and behavior, such as smoking and illegal drugs. 
Fitness StatementThe longest I have run is the UJENA 5K in Cabo, Mexico, October 2010. It was my first time in a run with many people. I am a big walker. I walk everyday.

I spent 7 hours working in the yard, pushing the lawn mower, planting grass, putting down chips, weeding, raking. Is there a button for this exercise?? I do not see it.................

I went to the gym for a workout after work. I did the treadmill, bike and weight-training; then a wwalk with LB.

I went to the gym for an hour doing the treadmill 1.5 miles and weight training, and then the walk with L.B.

run When you can...try a few miles out on the road too! It is a whole different world than in the gym!

I took a long walk today - about 1 1/2 hours. I had a long day at work, and I needed to clean 2 aquariums when I got home. So walking was my exercise today.

I went to the gym for my workout, a very nice gym at that. So now I am working at home. I did some shopping at Nordstrom Rack also.

I hit the gym today to do weight training, treadmill and bike work. Due to heavy rains, I did not take a walk with LB.

I hate to bore everyone with my workout log, but I hit the gym for machine weight training. There was no treadmill or bike today. Then I went for a walk with L.B.

run Only thing boring is if you do nothing and just set around the house like I did for so long :). As long as you do something its not going to be boaring like Richard said keep on logging it ;)
