I went to the gym today for a workout. I walked the treadmill, lifted small weights, and worked the machines for 2 hours. After a shower I stopped for some yogart. Then it was a long walk with Little Bear.

I took a long walk with Little Bear today. It was at least one mile.

I went to the gym today after work, even though I was exhausted. It was important that I go. If I didn't go to the gym, I wwould not have had a workout.

I went to the gym today and yesterday. I worked on the treadmill for 30 minutes and followed up by doing free weights and machines. It involved a lot of tugging, pulling, twisting, stretching, and bending.

I went for a one hour walk this evening. I don't know exactly how many miles but it was more than one.

I walked 40 minutes in the morning and 30 minutes in the evening. This is a total of 70 minutes. There was 5 hours of yard work today also.

I went to the gym today for 90 minutes. I worked the treadmill for 1.75 miles. Then I worked the free weights with all the men and a few machines.

I went to the gym after teaching first grade. I worked the machines and rode the bicycle. There is no walk planned tonight due to the heavy rain.

I went to the gym today and walked 2 miles on the treadmill. I also did weight machines. Then I went home and walked a other 40 minutes with LB.

I went to the gym today for my workout. I did the treadmill and machines. Just because you go to the gym doesn't mean you can fill up on food.
